Horizon Global Limited invites applications from suitably qualified, experienced, self-motivated and results-oriented individuals to fill the following positions.
Responsibilities or duties
The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting sales and finance operations by ensuring accurate sales reporting, reconciliations, inventory control and effective coordination between the Sales and Accounts departments.
- Prepare, verify and manage sales invoices.
- Conduct daily and monthly van sales reconciliations and investigate variances.
- Monitor and reconcile pending orders, customer balances and sales records.
- Review and validate overtime sheets for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure all van sales routes are properly completed, reconciled, and accounted for monthly.
- Conduct monthly stock counts and reconcile inventory records.
- Support financial reporting, audits and compliance processes.
- Maintain accurate records and proper documentation.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications or requirements
Certificate or Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field.
Experience needed
- Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG, distribution, or trading environments.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
