Agro Solutions Limited operates an Auto parts Division based in Blantyre, Limbe.

The Company is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Sales Executive based in Limbe

Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Service

Assisting customers with finding the right spare parts for their needs, answering inquiries, and providing technical support.

Sales

Selling a wide range of motor vehicle spare parts and accessories to customers both over the counter and potentially through outside sales calls as may be required.

Inventory/Stock Management

  • Tracking stock levels, ordering new parts through the CEO, and ensuring accurate inventory/stock records.
  • Handling deliveries, Receiving and despatching spare parts.
  • Ensuring that the shop does not have any stock shortages.
  • Merchandising stocks into shelves and ensure that all stocks ate neatly displayed to attract attention of customers.

Order Processing

Assisting to provide information to the CEO to assist her with processing customer orders, ensuring accurate and coordinating with suppliers.

Building of Relationship with Customers

Developing and maintaining strong personal relationships with customers both internal and external customers.

Technical Support

Staying up to date on current motor industry trends, new products and product features of new models of vehicles

Educating customers on product features and benefits of parts

Safety, Security and Hygiene

Cleaning the Shop every day to ensure good hygiene standard that promote shop security, safety and health standards.

Other duties

To be assigned any other duties from time to time at the discretion of the Director.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Malawi Schools Certificate of Education (MSCE) plus General fitting certificate in motor vehicle mechanic
  • At least three years of either selling auto parts and/ or motor vehicle repairs

 

  • Assisting customers with finding the right spare parts for their needs, answering inquiries, and providing technical support.
