Job Summary

The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth of chemicals and agricultural inputs through customer acquisition, relationship management and achievement of sales targets.Employer branding service

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell chemicals and farm inputs to existing and prospective customers/farmers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong customer and farmer relationships.
  • Provide technical product information and after-sales support.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and submit periodic sales reports.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and performance objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • MSCE with strong experience and understanding of chemicals or agricultural inputs OR Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ proven experience in sales of chemicals, agricultural inputs, or related products.
  • Strong understanding of agricultural and chemical markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
