Umodzi Empowerment Organization is inviting applications from suitably qualified and motivated candidates for the following internship positions based in Chatoloma, Kasungu.

Sales Manager Intern

Job Purpose

Support the organization's sales and business development initiatives by identifying market opportunities, promoting products or services, strengthening customer relationships, and contributing to revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing sales and marketing strategies.
• Identify and engage prospective clients and partners.
• Support customer relationship management activities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare sales reports and customer databases.
• Participate in promotional campaigns and outreach activities.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and feedback.
• Support branding and awareness initiatives.
• Contribute ideas for improving sales performance.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Commerce, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
