We seeking to hire passionate Sales Representatives for Alora. We are operating both in Zambia & Malawi offering private & business trips to individuals as well as corporate organisations in Malawi and Zambia. Alora also does parcel deliveries of fragile items only for individuals and corporate organisations.

We are looking for individuals who are willing to be the face of Alora, blending customer relationship-building with sales strategy to achieve measurable results.

Requirements:

  • College Diploma in Business Management/Marketing or any related field
  • Valid National ID/ Passport.
  • Fluent in English
  • You should possess a Fully Functional Smartphone

Expectations

  • Ability to reach out to potential clients via phone, emails or in person sales meetings
  • Build and Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business
  • Identify customer needs and tailor solutions that meet their requirements
  • Ability to Develop and Execute plans to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Present, demonstrate and communicate the value of products or services effectively.

Please note that the first month wil be based on Commission and here are the benefits

  • Transport & Lunch Allowances will be provided for field work
  • Voice & Data Bundles will be provided for use related to Work

And only those who will show outstanding performance will be upgraded to permanent employment and be offered a salary after 1 month assessment.

Your work will require you to put on our Branded T-shirts which we don’t give for free. You will have to buy immediately once you are recruited.
