Background

Role

• Proactively recruit new members for the Sacco. Clearly communicate the value proposition, benefits, and services of Mzuni Sacco.
• Promote Mzuni University Sacco Products and Services.
• Prepare Monthly sales report and presenting them to the Marketing Officer and the Manager.
• Attend to Queries from new prospective members.

Requirements

• Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) with good grades.
• A diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Remuneration

Attractive fixed salary plus commission.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: associate degree
