Position Overview:

P-Tech-Expert is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Support Personnel to join our growing team on a remote (work-from-home) basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and supporting the growth of our IT solutions portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients across various sectors
  • Promote P-Tech-Expert services including software development, websites, and IT consultancy
  • Convert leads into business opportunities for our services (Custom Software, School Management Systems, Booking Systems, etc.)
  • Support proposal preparation and client communication
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide feedback on market trends and client needs

Minimum Requirements

  • A Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar sales or business development role
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Experience in selling IT solutions or digital services is an added advantage

Compensation (Commission-Based):

This is a commission-only role, ideal for a hungry sales professional:

  • 35% Commission on any business made.
  • + 5% Bonus on any business made (Total potential = 40% of deal value).
  • Uncapped earning potential based on your performance.
