JOB DETAILS:
JOB TITLE: Sales and Marketing Assistant (2 Positions)
RESPONSIBLE TO: Sales and Marketing Manager
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote hotel services including accommodation, dining, and conferencing facilities
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sale services
- Build relationships to encourage repeat business
- Work towards set sales and customer engagement targets
- Track daily and weekly sales and marketing performance
- Engage with customers during service to ensure satisfaction
- Create and post content on social media platforms (Tik-Tok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business)
- Capture photos and videos of the Hotel, events and guest experiences
- Track performance of posts and online enquiries and prepare reports
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve visibility
- Use basic AI tools to support content creation, captions and ideas
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer focused with positive attitude
- Strong understanding of social media and sales is an added advantage

Level of Education: associate degree
