ABOUT THE ROLE

Giraffe Powa Limited is looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Representative to join their team in Lilongwe. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, promoting company products, building lasting client relationships, and closing sales deals. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent service.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales.
• Promote and market the company’s products and services to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and excellent customer service.
