St Annies Secondary School, an educational institution located in Mchinji under the Archdiocese of Lilongwe seeks the services of a dynamic, well-qualified and experienced individual to fill the following positions
Responsibilities or duties
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Principal and will be responsible for;
- Developing and delivering engaging lesson plan aligned with curriculum
- Teaching subjects using various methods
- Identifying and assisting students in need of extra help and guidance
- Maintaining discipline and creating a positive learning environment
- Evaluating students’ progress through tests, assignments, and projects
- Regularly updating parents on their child’s progress and behaviour
- Maintaining accurate records of attendance, grades and performance
- Supporting extracurricular programs and school events as required
Qualifications or requirements
- A minimum of Diploma in Education in Agriculture/Geography
- Ability to create structured and effective lesson plans that align with learning objectives.
- Ability to lead and guide the classroom and acting as a role model
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage tasks and duties efficiently.
