Background
Blantyre Sports Club is urgently seeking qualified female candidates to fill multiple Security Guard positions based in Blantyre. Please note that slots for men have already been filled, making this an urgent call for female applicants only.
Key Responsibilities
- Patrol premises, monitor access points, and enforce security rules.
- Conduct thorough searches and screenings of persons and vehicles.
- Monitor CCTV and security equipment, responding promptly to emergencies.
- Verify identification for all visitors, staff, and contractors.
- Document and report all security incidents, hazards, and suspicious activities.
- Maintain accurate visitor logs, shift handovers, and incident reports.
- Support safety procedures (fire safety and evacuations) and assist with basic investigations.
Minimum Requirements
- Ladies only (slots for men already filled)
- MSCE certificate plus basic security training or certification
- At least 2 years of experience working with renowned security companies
- Proficiency in English and Chichewa
- Clean criminal record
- Physically and mentally fit
Basic computer skills (MS Word/Excel) will be an added advantage
Work Hours: 8

Level of Education: high school
