SECURITY GUARDS
Job Purpose
Security Guards will protect students, staff, visitors, school property, and facilities by maintaining a secure and orderly environment throughout the Academy.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor entry and exit points.
- Verify and record visitors.
- Conduct routine security patrols.
- Monitor school premises for suspicious activity or safety risks.
- Protect school property and equipment.
- Respond appropriately to security incidents and emergencies.
- Maintain security logs and incident reports.
- Enforce access-control procedures.
- Assist with emergency evacuation and safety procedures.
- Report security concerns promptly to management.
- Maintain professional and respectful interaction with students, staff, parents, and visitors.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant security training or experience.
- Previous institutional, school, or commercial security experience is an advantage.
- Good physical fitness and alertness.
- Good communication and observation skills.
- High level of integrity and discipline.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
