Background

Irie Supermarket in Acacia, Airwing, Lilongwe is looking for an honest, reliable, professional and customer-focused Retail Salesperson to work at the shop.

Key Responsibilities

• Serving customers and processing sales accurately.
• Keeping the shop clean, organised, and well-stocked.
• Monitoring stock levels and reporting items that need restocking.
• Handling and recording Airtel Money and Mpamba transactions separately.
• Producing Daily Shop Reports at the close of business
• Carrying out shop-related errands such as product ordering when required.

Required Qualities

• The ideal candidate must:
• At least have a Diploma Qualification
• Be professional, honest, punctual, trustworthy, good with numbers, customer friendly, organised, a fast learner and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Must have strong numeracy and computer skills.
• Prior experience in a retail shop will have an added advantage
• Must live within Airwing

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: associate degree
