Atlanto Security Limited, a leading provider of professional security services, is seeking competent and disciplined Site Security Supervisors to oversee day-to-day security operations at its client sites. The ideal candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, professionalism, and the ability to effectively supervise security officers in demanding operational environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise security officers on site and ensure adherence to company procedures and client requirements.
• Monitor attendance, alertness, and performance of security officers during all shifts.
• Conduct routine inspections around the site and address any security lapses.
• Prepare and submit daily security reports to management.
• Assist in incident investigations and prepare incident reports.
• Maintain discipline, enforce standard operating procedures, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between security officers and site management.
• Ensure proper handover and deployment of security officers for day and night shifts.

Qualifications & Requirements

• MSCE
• Prior experience as a Security Supervisor within a reputable security company or similar environment.
• Ex police experience an added advantage
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare clear and accurate written reports.
• High level of discipline, integrity, and reliability.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle security incidents professionally.
