Position Overview

The school is seeking qualified and dedicated teachers to deliver effective instruction, support student learning, and contribute to a positive and disciplined school environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver lessons in line with the curriculum
  • Assess and evaluate student performance
  • Maintain effective classroom management and discipline
  • Prepare lesson plans, tests, and reports on time
  • Participate in school meetings and extracurricular activities
  • Support students academically and promote their overall development

Basic Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Diploma in Education
  • Teaching experience is an added advantage
  • Strong subject knowledge in the relevant teaching area

Additional Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and internet use)
  • High level of integrity and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a secondary school environment
  • Familiarity with the Malawi secondary school curriculum
  • Ability to contribute to extracurricular activities
