JOB DETAILS:

• Design and teach courses covering social work theories, human behaviour, social policy, community development, and counselling techniques.
• Supervise students during fieldwork placements and practical community-based projects, ensuring ethical practice and professional conduct.
• Assess student competencies through case study analyses, role-play exercises, reflective journals, and written examinations.
• Guide students in understanding social justice, human rights, and vulnerable populations within the local and global context.
• Conduct research on social issues such as poverty, gender-based violence, child protection, and mental health, and share findings with relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in community engagement initiatives that bridge academic learning with real-world social intervention.
