TIBE KHONDE MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELLING & PSYCHOSOCIAL SUPPORT TEAM (MHC-PST)
Tibe Khonde Mental Health, a flagship initiative of Young Achievers for Development (YAD)-a fully registered and operational NGO, is inviting compassionate and experienced individuals to join its Mental Health Counselling & Psychosocial Support Team (MHC-PST) on voluntary basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing confidential counselling and psychosocial support
- Assessing and managing cases within their professional competence
- Supporting individuals experiencing mental health and psychosocial challenges
- Identifying high-risk cases and making appropriate referrals
- Supporting GBV, substance-use, trauma and family-related cases
- Conducting follow-ups and maintaining appropriate case records
- Participating in community outreach and mental health awareness activities
- Adhering to Tibe Khonde's ethical, safeguarding and confidentiality standards
WHO CAN APPLY?
Individuals with relevant training and practical experience are encouraged to apply. This is a VOLUNTARY engagement. However, where resources permit and where necessary, Tibe Khonde may provide reasonable resources and support to facilitate approved assignments, outreach activities and case-related work.
