Overview

Mobischool Radio, a product of MobiPay Limited, invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position of Station Manager. The Station Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the radio station, ensuring smooth daily operations, quality programming, regulatory compliance, and effective staff supervision.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
• At least five (5) years’ experience in radio or media operations, with supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day station operations and programming
• Ensure compliance with broadcasting and regulatory requirements
• Supervise station staff and presenters
• Coordinate marketing, promotions, and community engagement activities
• Ensure proper maintenance of station equipment and premises
• Prepare operational and performance reports for Management
