Background

Build Africa is looking for a friendly, energetic and customer-focused Store Ambassador to join our team. As a Store Ambassador, you will be the face of Build Africa, helping create a welcoming and positive experience for every customer who visits our store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and assisting customers
• Directing customers to the relevant departments
• Promoting products, promotions and new arrivals
• Assisting with customer queries
• Encouraging customer feedback and surveys
• Identifying customer needs and service gaps
• Supporting store promotions and events
• Reporting customer feedback and recurring issues to Management
• Helping ensure an excellent overall customer experience
