Stores Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming goods against delivery notes.
• Store items safely (dry store, cold room, freezer) with proper labeling and FIFO rotation.
• Issue materials to departments against authorized requisitions.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using manual or software systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma in Stores Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
• 2+ years experience in inventory or warehouse role.
• Knowledge of inventory software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Excel).

Key Competencies:

Organization, numeracy, security awareness, process adherence.
