Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all school stores operations, including procurement, inventory control, and distribution of supplies.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely replenishment of essential items.
  • Implement efficient systems for tracking, reporting, and safeguarding school assets.
  • Liaise with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality standards.
  • Support financial accountability by preparing regular inventory and expenditure reports.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and international best practices in stores management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in stores or inventory management, preferably in an educational or institutional setting.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
