As part of our continued growth, we are inviting suitably qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the following position:

SYSTEMS OFFICE ASSISTANT (1)

Reporting to: Accountant

Role Summary

The Systems Office Assistant will be responsible for supporting the administration and monitoring of company systems, including QuickBooks, procurement systems, vehicle tracking systems, and other digital platforms. The role will ensure accurate system records, provide user support, and contribute to the efficient operation of company processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor the company's vehicle tracking systems and provide regular reports.
  • Support the administration and maintenance of procurement systems.
  • Assist with data entry, record management, and reporting in QuickBooks.
  • Monitor system performance and identify issues requiring attention.
  • Maintain accurate digital records and databases.
  • Provide basic technical support to staff on company systems.
  • Liaise with system providers and service vendors when necessary.
  • Assist in implementing new systems and process improvements.
  • Prepare reports and other system-related documentation as required.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Certificate in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Studies, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks.
  • Knowledge of procurement systems.
  • Familiarity with vehicle tracking and fleet management systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Skills and Attributes

  • Strong computer literacy and technical aptitude.
  • Good organizational and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
