JOB DETAILS:
FACE (Finance Assistance Change Education) is a Christian non-profit organization that exists to provide quality education and holistic development for underprivileged children and youth. Through education and community development programs, FACE empowers individuals to become agents of positive change in their communities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver quality technical and vocational training to students in the respective trade areas
- Mentor and guide young people in both practical skills and character development
- Develop and implement lesson plans and training materials
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain workshop equipment and ensure a safe learning environment
- Contribute to the holistic development of underprivileged children and youth
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Love Jesus Christ and have a strong Christian testimony
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring young people
- Demonstrate integrity, excellence, and servant leadership
- Hold Malawi TEVET Advanced Certificate or any other related qualifications
