Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver engaging lessons in assigned subjects.
- Prepare teaching and learning records.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress.
- Participate in school activities and academic programmes.
- Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma in Education (Degree in Education preferred).
- Must be registered with the Teachers Council of Malawi (TCM).
- Proven teaching experience and a strong performance record in a recognized institution.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Female teachers are especially encouraged to apply.
