Background

As Recruitment Machine, we are advertising on behalf of our client for a seasoned Technical Supervisor to oversee their HV overhead line and solar PV projects. They are seeking a leader with the technical depth to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

The role involves supervising field teams across OHL construction and solar installations, enforcing strict HSE compliance, and overseeing solar PV commissioning from panels to system testing.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education: Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Experience: 3+ years in HV overhead lines and solar PV systems

Skills: Strong leadership, drawing interpretation, and fault-finding skills

Knowledge: HVAC knowledge is a plus
