Overview
Horizon Global Limited is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Trade Marketing Officer to join its Malawi operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a junior-level professional to drive nationwide marketing initiatives, strengthen brand presence, and support sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective trade marketing strategies to enhance sales performance and brand visibility.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams and retail partners to execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer insights to inform and optimize marketing strategies.
- Manage the trade marketing budget and ensure cost-effective execution of all activities.
- Develop promotional materials, in-store displays, and visual merchandising initiatives.
- Plan and execute both ATL (Above-The-Line) and BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in trade marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and retail operations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
