JOB DETAILS:

Role Overview:

This role is the bridge between Sewa’s Blossom Mind Therapy and the community. The officer will help raise awareness, reduce stigma, and ensure our programs are accessible and community-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and forums.
• Conduct outreach to identify community needs and promote our services.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce mental health stigma.
• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, schools, and other local organizations.
• Gather community feedback to inform program development.

Who Should Apply:

• Individuals who are outgoing, culturally sensitive, and excellent communicators.
• Deeply connected to or understanding of the local community.
• Passionate about advocacy, mental health awareness, and social change.
• Experience in community mobilization is a plus.
