Role Overview:

The M&E Officer will help track the impact and effectiveness of Sewa’s Blossom Mind Therapy’s programs. This role is crucial for learning, reporting, and demonstrating our value to the community and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing simple M&E tools (e.g., pre/post surveys, feedback forms).
• Collect, compile, and manage program data accurately and confidentially.
• Support data analysis to measure outcomes, outputs, and program reach.
• Contribute to drafting reports that showcase program impact and lessons learned.
• Help ensure programs remain aligned with stated objectives and community needs.
