Responsibilities or duties

• Greet guests, present menus, and take food/drink orders accurately.
• Serve meals and beverages in a timely, professional manner.
• Upsell specials, beverages, or desserts.
• Set and clear tables, reset for next service.
• Handle guest complaints or relay to supervisor; process payments if required.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

High school certificate; hospitality training preferred.

Experience needed

1+ year waiting experience in a restaurant or hotel.

Basic knowledge of food safety and customer service.
