JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities or duties
- Provide excellent, attentive service to guests in the hotel's restaurant, bar, or banquet areas.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve meals and drinks, ensuring correct presentation and timing.
- Prepare tables, set up for events, and clear items.
- Handle guest payments and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service areas.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a hotel or restaurant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
