HIRING

Position: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Lilongwe Branch

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff (receivers, stockers, pickers, etc.)
• Oversee receiving, storing, and shipping of inventory
• Ensure accurate inventory management and control
• Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols
• Monitor and optimize warehouse space utilization
• Manage inventory discrepancies and resolve issues
• Collaborate with logistics, production, and procurement teams
• Meet productivity, quality, and safety targets

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

• 2+ years of warehouse supervisory experience
• A minimum of MSCE
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics
• Supervisory and leadership skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: associate degree
