Word Alive Ministries International, a growing Church that is involved in holistically proclaiming the Gospel, through thematic commissions of Assemblies and Missions, Relief and Development, Christian Education, Governance, Peace & Justice, invites applications from suitably qualified, experienced persons and with passion and a sense of calling to work within the church to fill the following vacant positions:
Responsibilities or duties
- Admissions, enrolment, and student records management
- Examinations, assessment, and academic results management
- Academic policy, compliance, and quality assurance
- Graduation, certification, and alumni records
- Faculty support and academic governance
- Organisation of tuition-based classes and study module management
- Coordination of the adult literacy programme
- Student services and institutional communication
- Data analysis, reporting, and institutional research
- Administrative leadership representation and institutional
Qualifications or requirements
- A minimum of a Degree in Education, Theology, Administration or any related field
- Strong organisational skills
- Record keeping and data management
- Knowledge of academic policies and procedures
- Strong report writing and data analysis skills for monitoring academic performance
- Leadership skills and proven administrative skills
- An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chichewa.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong leadership and coordination skills

Experience needed
At least 3 years proven experience in Academic administration, Students records management, educational institution management
